For the security and clarity of all parties, any reservation of 28 days or more is considered a long-term stay and requires a signed lease agreement to make the booking official and valid. This policy helps prevent fraud, ensures mutual understanding of terms, and protects both the guest and host. Guests will receive the lease document shortly after booking and must complete it before check-in. We also require the cleaners to enter the premises and clean every two weeks during the length of the stay.
